About La Goutte d'Ambre
La Goutte d'Ambre is an independent publication about dessert e-liquids, the recipes built around caramel, vanilla, bakery notes, toasted cereal, coffee or nuts. We treat that shelf as a subject in its own right, with its own codes, its leading houses and its technical demands.
What we publish
Flavour profiles explained without jargon, portraits of the makers that set the standard for dessert flavours, and kit advice written for liquids that are often thick and sweet. Coil care gets special attention, because a dessert liquid gunks up a coil faster and knowing the signs changes day-to-day vaping.
Who writes it
The desk is led by Capucine Delbos, who signs the articles on the site. Every piece starts from a practical question an adult vaper might ask (which profile to pick, which coil to use, why a flavour fades) and answers it plainly.
Our independence
La Goutte d'Ambre takes no payment from manufacturers in exchange for coverage. Affiliate links may exist and never steer what we write, and any sponsored content is labelled as such.

Our English pages are written with the United Kingdom in mind. E-liquids sold in the UK follow the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, which cap nicotine strength at 20 mg/ml, refill bottles at 10 ml and tank capacity at 2 ml, so products described elsewhere may differ from what is on sale here.
